Its evident that I’m an Apple fan and of their products but with the unveiling of the iPad last week I can honestly say I’m indifferent about this new “revolution”. Apple has not introduced anything new to the table but rather put onto the market an oversized iTouch/iPhone. The following pictures are for your enjoyment:

Come on, lets be real, there isn’t a person that doesn’t like the movie Iron Man. And who doesn’t like Apple MacBooks? Two good things make a great thing so here it is: full color Iron Man decal for your MacBook

One of the worst feelings in the world is losing your phone. It’s not so much losing the phone itself but the loss of all your contacts and information stored on that phone. Apple provides a service called “MobileMe” and it helps sync up your phone to your computer with your contacts, calendar and automatic up-to-date updates. One of the best features about the “MobileMe” service is that you’re able to track your phone if you misplaced it.

That’s exactly what happened to Mr. Sam when he got his phone stolen from his jacket pocket. A long but elaborate chase about an iPhone owner who gets his iPhone stolen right from his jacket pocket on the plane, Mr. Sam goes to great lengths to get it back. This is a long but interesting story that will feed your paranoia about iPhone theft. A great read for anyone who has ever lost his or her phone. Read about his anecdote here: How to catch an iPhone thief.
Pinpointing his phone

Mr. Sam Googled the culprit address

One of his numerous texts to the culprit

Thieves never learn…

Today is the day Apple’s officially releases its tablet, the Apple iPad. Aside from its mundane name, the iPad takes the technology of the iPhone and utilizes it in this new device. The iPad is able to use apps from the iTunes store, play games, and acts as an e-book reader. Apple has gone a long way from their first tablet.

After a short hiatus, two new designs from Steez Luis have hit the streets of Seattle. The first “Wanda” design was inspired by the “In Living Color” skit, with comedian Jamie Foxx as “Wanda the Masasge Therapist” combined with a tribute to Andy Warhol. The second design takes inspiration from the famous Yves Saint Laurent “YSL” logo with a taste of Steez Luis for good measure. Both pieces are available now and in both a t-shirt and crewneck for men’s and women’s.

Rock Band
Version: 1.0.0
158 MB
$9.99
If you like Rock Band on the console then you will love this version! It plays and feels exactly like its counterpart making the transition into the iPhone seamless. Playable instruments is the guitar, bass, drums, and vocals each with their level of easy, medium, and hard difficulties. The game comes with 20 songs with the option of purchasing addition ones. The best part is that you can play solo or with 2-4 bandmates through Bluetooth. Don’t forget, this game is made for the iPhone so there isn’t as much playtime as its console version but definitely one of the better games on the iPhone and a must have!

Syncing your friend’s pictures, birthdays, and location from facebook has never been easier. feX automatically matches your iPhone contacts with your Facebook friends with the option of overwriting old information. A word of caution though, friends that have their information set on private will not sync to your iPhone. One-click sync and notification makes this a great app.

The very technical and easily one of my favorite brands, Acronym dropped their new line from their Fall/Winter 2009 collection. Showcasing in their _HARDSHELL component are the GT-J14, GT-J15, and the GT-J17 jackets, all with unique innovation and technical amenities specific to each piece. Introducing leather and a varsity style jacket to this collection, is the L-J11 and the L-J2. Par to none, Acronym is constantly pushing the frontier between fashion and technicality to the next echelon. Available only at selected shops, Haven Shop is one of the few boutiques to carry this brand.

Note: these are not an official Nike product but rather a custom made shoe!
Even the creative mind behind the infamous Nike Dunk Pigeon’s Jeff Staple had a comment about these shoes:
“Before I get people all up in a rage…***FULL DISCLAIMER***:
* I did NOT make these.
* Staple did NOT design these.
* Nike did NOT make these.
* These are NOT prototype samples.

In fact, I have no idea who made them or what they plan on doing with them. (But judging by the background home furnishings, I would guess you are Asian…haha.) I found em here. I just like them a lot. Both from an aesthetic standpoint and the fact that someone took time and effort to create these. It’s an honor. (Now, if you have a size 10 available…let’s talk!)”
These shoes look pretty legit for a pair of fake/custom shoes.

Created by artist Gabriel Dishaw, this dunk is made entirely out of metal, wire, and circuitry boards.
His thoughts on this piece of art: “This piece was a continuation of my previous piece JUNK DUNK. I wanted to attempt this approach again, with a more refined and detailed outcome. I used very little wire and more glue to keep the piece more clean, and less bulky. I also added new details, a hinged tongue and nike logo’s on both the tongue and back of the shoe. On previous models I used a real nike sole to build of off. With this piece I started from scratch and build the sole from circuit boards.”
